How does billing work?

Your Credit Card will be charged automatically at the start of each month.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?

Preventative care is the whole purpose of our care plans. We strive to proactively prevent anything from happening. While we cannot promise your website will never be hacked we can promise to be there to see that it’s fully restored.

Does my monthly support time rollover?

We reserve your place in the support queue each month which helps us prioritize our available resources, therefore the support plans do not roll over. Requests that fall within your plans allocated time will be given immediate attention.

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?

The most common requests are content updates and small design changes, however, anything that fits into your monthly support time is fair game. Requests for new features that require coding usually go over the dedicated support time and may result in a formal quote.

How do consulting calls work?

Email yields the fastest response, however, we know phone or video calls are best for brainstorming. Consulting calls are reserved for our Master care plans. You can easily book your consultation via our online calendar and we’ll be ready with the agenda to make the most out of our call.

What if I need more hours?

Tasks that exceed your dedicated monthly time, will be quoted separately from your plan. However, we will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with your approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hr.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. Although we value our relationship and would hate to see you go we don’t want to lock anyone in. To request a cancellation email contact@prevailinteractive.com, and we will stop the next payment.

My website was not built by Prevail. Can I still be on a client plan?

While we’ve built many of the websites on our care plans, we welcome clients who are looking to build a long-term relationship with a dedicated development team.
